Delta Christian School

Located near the suburban center of Ladner Village, Delta Christian School has been facing challenges in accommodating steady student enrollment growth and is now preparing to expand its facilities. A two-storey addition will be connected to the original school building via a glazed link. The design must address an unusual constraint: the existing school is divided into three separate buildings by firewalls, allowing for a combustible structure without the need for an automatic fire suppression system.
