Village Infill

The Delta Street Village Infill project is a 2 1/2 storey, mixed-use building - compact retail units with 4 apartments above - embedded in a heritage zone at the heart of Ladner's Village' This building references the pedestrian-friendly scale and gritty character of a by-gone era, while introducing tasteful residences to further animate the vibrant streets in the Village.
