The Black Mountain Residences are contemporary west-coast designed townhomes, located adjacent to the Black Mountain Golf Club on the edge of development in Kelowna. The site is surrounded by the rocky, but tree covered peaks. About half of the site is steeply sloping, with a lower bench that is well suited to a series of townhomes that can step slightly with the less severe grade. The townhouses terrace down toward the scenic valley and maximize on the South views of Kelowna landmarks.
