The Coast Tsawwassen Inn is a signature building on Tsawwassen's main street (56 Street). The hotel was originally designed by Nancy Mackin Architects and constructed in the late 1980s. Some renovation work was previously completed on the hotel's restaurant and ballroom. BÜRO47 has been engaged to design a comprehensive renovation, carrying on from an earlier proposal begun under the DWA banner. The project includes renovating all suites, adding a modern health club, modernizing the reception sequence, and refreshing the exterior.
