PHO Guidance
We are closely tracking all relevant guidance from the office of BC’s Provincial Health Officer (PHO), to ensure we maintain our working environment in a healthy manner and in line with any regulations. For current guidance, you can find more information here.
Meetings
Both virtual and in-person meetings can now be accommodated. When scheduling your meeting, we can discuss options with you.
Masks
Masks are recommended for in-person meetings, in line with current PHO guidance. We can provide disposable masks if you would like one.
Staff Health
We support staff in ways that ensure they can stay home when sick. In this manner, staff do not enter the office if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, are unwell in any way, or have had contact with either a test-positive or presumed-positive COVID-19 individual.
Office Space
During the course of the pandemic we have made continual improvements to our office space to foster a healthy work environment. Our space is very well ventilated, with passive ventilation via operable skylights and doors for friendly weather and a state-of-the art active ventilation system featuring electrostatic filtration for less friendly weather. We have spread ourselves out along our long work bench in this well ventilated space; there is generally 2m between us when seated at our computers.
Office Cleaning
We will be cleaning the office each day. For all high-contact surfaces and touch-points this will generally occur at the end of the day, but with as-needed spot cleaning throughout the day. We disinfect our meeting space after each meeting for your health and comfort.
