Delta Fresh which is located west of the Highway 91 corridor is bounded by highway lands, a natural reserve to the North, an un-cultivated agricultural property to the East and a golf course to the South. Delta Fresh is designed with highly efficient and lightweight insulated panels with a steel frame to minimize weight on the site. Light tones serve to mitigate heat gain for cooling operations efficiency, while a solar panel array is used to offset energy demands.
