Highbury is a compact mixed-use development on vibrant West 4th Avenue in Vancouver’s oceanside Kitsilano neighbourhood. After the previous business was lost to a fire, the Highbury building is set to fill a void in the lively streetscape. The building features 4 luxury, multi-story condominiums positioned over a retail base. All of the condos are afforded expansive private outdoor space to take advantage of the views and mild Vancouver climate.
