English Bluff is a detached single family, completely custom, Step Code 4 home located in Tsawwassen, BC. Using the surroundings of the site as our inspiration, we worked closely with our Clients in bringing to life a home that responds to it’s natural environment. With extra large windows, multiple skylights throughout, and the use of natural and comfortable materials, each room in this modern farmhouse evokes a calm and relaxing feeling. This project is an excellent example of how you can hit high energy goals yet still have an aesthetic that is unassuming.
